Deposit, Cancellation & Refund Policy

To support the planning and integrity of this retreat, the following policies apply:

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Cancellations made 45 days or more prior to the retreat start date may receive a 50% refund of the total retreat investment, less the non-refundable deposit of $399.66 CAD and a 3.9% service fee and 5% GST (service tax) applied to the refunded amount.
• No refunds or transfers will be issued for cancellations made within 45 days of the retreat start date, for any reason.

By registering for this retreat, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and at the same time, this retreat requires thoughtful preparation and energetic commitment. With that in mind, the following policies are in place:

By registering, you agree to honour this policy and the energetic container of the retreat.

Payment Plan Option

To make this retreat more accessible, a payment plan is available.

• Total Investment: $1,199 CAD plus 3.9% processing fee and 5% GST (service tax)
• Deposit: $399.66 CAD plus 3.9% processing fee and 5% GST (service tax) due at registration
• Remaining Balance: Two equal monthly payments of $399.67 CAD plus 3.9% processing fee and 5% GST (service tax)

Your place in the retreat is confirmed once the deposit is received. The remaining payments will be automatically processed according to the payment schedule selected at checkout.

Important Notes

• The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
• Processing fee of 3.9% and 5% GST (service tax) apply.
• Failure to complete scheduled payments may result in forfeiture of your retreat space without refund.

Retreat Waiver & Liability Alignment

I acknowledge that participation in this retreat is voluntary and understand that I am responsible for my own physical, emotional, and mental well-being. I agree that the retreat organizers, facilitators, and associated parties are not responsible for personal injury, illness, loss, or damage to personal property.

I further acknowledge and agree to the retreat’s payment, cancellation, and refund policies, including the non-refundable nature of the deposit and the outlined cancellation timelines.

I understand that unforeseen events (including illness, travel delays, weather conditions, or force majeure circumstances) do not alter the refund policy, and I accept full responsibility for securing appropriate travel insurance if desired.

Medical Responsibility & Disclosure

I affirm that I am physically, emotionally, and mentally capable of participating in this retreat. I understand that the retreat facilitators are not medical professionals and that no medical diagnosis or treatment is being provided.

I agree to:

• Consult with my healthcare provider if I have any medical, psychological, or physical conditions that may affect my participation.
• Take full responsibility for my health, medications, and personal well-being during the retreat.
• Inform the retreat organizers of any relevant medical concerns prior to arrival if necessary for safety.

Release of Liability

I hereby release, waive, and discharge the retreat organizers, facilitators, assistants, venue partners, contractors, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to my participation in the retreat.

This release applies to claims based on negligence, illness, injury, emotional distress, property loss, or any other harm, whether foreseen or unforeseen.

Media Release

I understand that photographs or video recordings may be taken during the retreat. I grant permission for my image or likeness to be used for promotional or educational purposes unless I notify the organizers in writing prior to the retreat.

Agreement & Acknowledgment

By registering for this retreat, I confirm that:

• I have read and understood this agreement in its entirety.
• I agree to the payment, cancellation, and refund policies.
• I accept full responsibility for my participation and well-being.
• I voluntarily waive certain legal rights by agreeing to this waiver.
